e-Learning used to be considered a time consuming and costly
process to produce. Now with the advent of some quick production
software, it is now possible to produce quality e-Learning in a very
quick time. This also reduces the costs involved.
However, e-Learning should not be produced solely by a graphic designer
or a flash programmer. What must not be forgotten is that a piece of
e-Learning is a training product and therefore should be written and
produced by a recognised trainer.
